My mission is simple — keep pole dancers strong, healthy, and progressing on the apparatus they love.
I'm Hannah — an Exercise Scientist and pole-specific strength and flexibility coach. I found pole in 2019 and fell in love immediately. But six months in I developed bicep tendinitis because I hadn't adjusted my training to account for the demands pole was putting on my body.
That experience changed how I train pole dancers forever. Pole requires very specific things from our bodies — shoulder stability, grip endurance, hip flexor strength, active flexibility — things that traditional strength training programs rarely touch on. Generic programming simply wasn't built for what we do.
I knew there was a better way — and I've spent the last 6 years building it.
Today I work with pole dancers at every level — helping them get stronger, more flexible, and more powerful on the pole so they can keep showing up without getting sidelined by an injury.
